This recent introduction is a marvel. Its buds first appear beige, and then transform into a vibrant canary yellow for an extended bloom period.

Cora is such a lady: large soft pink-to-white petals, with delicate, lavender flares. Superb, dark green foliage with nicely mounded habit.

This earliest-blooming intersectional heralds spring with 6” to 8” pink-to-lavender blooms with red flares. Very floriferous! The crisp, dark green foliage forms a symmetrical, mounded bush.

These lovely yellow-to-light purple blooms age to a rich, antique beauty. The dark green foliage has delicate, smaller leaflets.

This beauty is thought to be one of the five yellows first hybridized by Toichi Itoh. Plant it in a location that receives afternoon shade to best retain its rich, apricot-golden color.

Our Scarlet is shameless. Unabashedly red, red, red, and so intense her color will not fade, even in full sun. The foliage is good until bloom but may be average after that.

This bloom sequence is unlike any other intersectional: an abstract opening produces a masterpiece. The foliage is finely cut and the deep color does not fade in full sun. Excellent!

This stately yellow came to the US as some of the first true yellow intersectionals (Itoh hybrids). Of those four, this is considered the best. Very limited.
